Go back to City Of Rocks.
Summary
Morning in The City.
Another quick trip to the City Of Rocks. Climbed some. Were not feeling like we’re climbing very well, esp. the “dishy” face climbs typical of the place. Weather was hot. Crowds were intense (“I’m reserving this empty route next door for my cousin who’s gonna climb it as soon as she’s back from the shitter”…sort of bullshit…kind of a recurring theme at The City we found over the years). Somewhere along the way we (I?) sort of lost our motivation for single pitch stuff. We finished the beer in our cooler & went home via some shitty Mex food in Burley (…Hurley?). Blah. Fuck it. Over and out.
