Go back to Lovely Lofoten.

For a European destination (though admittedly one on the edge of the continent), Lofoten can be a pain in the ass to get to: Portland to Oslo on Delta and a separately booked SAS hop to Bodø. A quick polar “night” in a Bodø hotel followed by a 3-hour ferry sailing to Moskenes village located near the southern tip of the archipelago. From there it was a 2+ hour drive to our prebooked place in Henningsvær, a small tourist village that is probably the most logical base camp for sampling some of Lofoten’s classic climbs. The place has a few good (but of course pricey) eateries and a small supermarket; though, if you require anything other than beer to get you through those rainy days, you need to drive to Svolvær some 30 minutes away. We found the food relatively expensive but I think we got a reasonable deal on our little apartment (Airbnb) rental when we booked it 10 months earlier.
