Sinai — The Sinai.

The following morning, Misha and a Bedouin driver picked us up in a 4X4 and we drove back inland this time bound for a lower altitude desert. We got dropped off at the edge of some cool looking sand dunes where a 3-hour hike would take us to an oasis and the waiting car. We enjoyed this little trek much of which was done barefoot in the soft sand. In the afternoon we also did a quick hike through a slot canyon before driving out to a desert camp at the foot of our next objective: a large sandstone mountain called Jebel Milehis. There a Bedouin family would be our camp hosts.
