Last Day

Mexico

Go back to Mexico Road Trip.
Go back to EPC Day 3.

.

Mexico
Catedral Metropolitana.
With heavy hearts, we said good-bye to our friends and headed south a day early. Lots of military presence on the highway this time around but once again no stops. Ten hours later we were back in Pachuca and hoping to get another climb on our final day. In the morning we made it to the trailhead but the drizzle, wind and 50 foot visibility were not conducive to making the approach. We drove back to Mexico City, returned the car, took a cab tour of the historic section and were home the following evening.
