Go back to Sokolica Day 1.
Spoko – To Nie Maroko.
A marginal forecast for day four. Nevertheless, conditions were dry when we woke up and so we headed back to Sokolica – the only game in town as far as we were concerned. We picked a new (2020) route on the left side of the formation specifically because it was new (unpolished): something called Spoko – To Nie Maroko (Chill – It’s Not Morocco); a 4-pitch IV. Mostly easy and not terribly memorable. I have to say that the sandstone adventure climbing in the Saxon Switzerland the year before was much more interesting and fun.
