Shirley near the top of Gruff (5.10a) on the Wildfire Wall (March 2011).After a long (month?) period of not climbing outside (weather!), Shirley & I got a chance to spend a day in Smith’s Lower Gorge. The month off did not seem to affect Shirley’s climbing adversely and she styled Gruff (5.10a) and Last Days (5.10a). I led Badfinger (5.10b…I unfortunately got pumped at the top) and St. Paddee’s Day (5.10a). Felt great to be climbing outside again!!
