Summary

Couple months back while sitting in a pub and sipping on some of Oregon’s finest microbrews Marcelo brought up the fact that he has not climbed Outer Space (5.9), the 51st North American Classic Climb. Shirley’s wanted to go back to that route and lead it for many years now and so plans were made. Our friend Haydar was invited and off we went on a marginal-forecast sort of Saturday in June. The weather remained fine, the climbing was stellar and the company was excellent. Given our early finish, we spent a couple hours eating all the junky shit food that Leavenworth had to offer. A very fun Saturday.
