Summary

Classic Crack

Leading the nice Classic Crack (5.9+) on the Red Wall (March 2006).

I think this was a quick, half day outing to Broughton Bluff in March of 2006. We climbed the Classic Crack (5.9+…yes, classic if short and greasy) and The Sickle (5.8) again. I think that was it but can’t be sure, ‘kay.

Shirley rapping off The Sickle. Whole route is visible: lower 2/3rds involve climbing one of the cracks to reach the obvious (short) wide crack pulling around the left side of the flake (March 2006).
